Process

 
  •  - First machined Polycarbonate on a CNC Router 
  •  - Then attached the wheels and gearbox. 
  •  - Then attached Picaxe Chip
  •  - Then attached Sharp Rangefinders on three sides. There were a couple of choices for the rangefinder e.g. infrared, ultrasonic. I decided to choose the Sharp Rangefinder to attempt something different. The rangefinders required many trials to calibrate fully.
